Harrison Frost was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. From an early age, he showed a natural gift for numbers and strategic thinking — a talent that carried him to Harvard University, where he earned a degree in Economics with a concentration in Corporate Finance. That foundation launched a career defined by ambition and results.

Straight out of Harvard, Harrison entered investment banking, where he quickly built both a strong professional reputation and substantial personal wealth. Over the past two decades, his sharp market instincts have helped him grow his investments into a portfolio worth billions.

Harrison’s expertise eventually led him into entertainment, where he spent years overseeing the financial portfolios, acquisitions, and private equity holdings of several major record labels. His disciplined, results-driven strategies protected artists and executives alike while maximizing revenue and funding global, multi-platinum releases.

Despite his success in the corporate music world, Harrison’s most meaningful industry connection came outside the boardroom. Five years ago, at a business networking event in Tampa, Florida, he met the co-owner of The Cash Family Music. A conversation about the future of independent music grew into a lasting friendship — one Harrison still describes as one of the most valuable relationships of his career.

That mutual respect ultimately drew Harrison away from the major-label world and into The Cash Family Music. He joins the label as Chief Finance Manager with a clear mission: to bring his resources and industry experience to bear in helping The Cash Family make the bold moves needed to become the industry’s next major label.

The Personal Life Of Mr. Frost

Outside of work, Harrison enjoys time with his family. He and his wife, Jill Frost (formerly Jill Deeds, of Jersey City), recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. His son, Henry Frost, has followed in his footsteps and built his own career in finance. The Frost family splits their time between their home in New York and philanthropic work across the country.
